The Stuart Mitchell Knives website is very much a work in progress, but here, over time you will find a growing collection of my work. Hunter's, Bushcrafter's, Bowie's even Swords. Knives of every discernable size and shape.

What all these knives have in common are the exacting standards to which they are all built and the fact that each ones journey through my workshop is undertaken from start to finish with my customers 100% satisfaction in mind.
