A superb matched pair of steak knives, 018 and 019 have hand forged blades of Suminagashi steel, this has 22 forge welded layers protecting a central layer of "White Steel". Severe distal tapering was forged into both blanks, both through the blade and the tang. Ebony and nickel silver was chosen for the handles, a classical and beautiful combination. |
